Rural Smiles Foundation is a grassroots civil society organization based in Uganda, working to advance health rights, digital inclusion, and economic empowerment for marginalized and rural communities. Established in November 2022, we amplify the voices of vulnerable groups through advocacy, technology, and service delivery.

Our mission is to promote and protect digital, health, and economic rights through community-driven action, policy engagement, and inclusive innovation.

We are active in civic space defense, gender justice, youth empowerment, and land rights advocacy, with strong community ties in Kibaale District and beyond.
